Agenda:

1) Chapter Business
	- Outstanding forms that need processing
		- Year-end financial reports - CTHTCIA submitted first!
		- Bank signatory forms
	- Ken Lacasse maintaining eMail list
	- Ken Morrison to keep copies of new member applications
	- Jim Butler signed deposit check for May event
	
2) Treasurer's Report reviewed, seconded and accepted

3) Feb 28 meeting
	- Presentation on ComputerCop software
	- Ron Roberts - Web Vulnerability presentation
	- Refreshments to be provided by CT HTCIA
	- Rich to supply books for raffle
	- Raffle to be limited to 4-5 items going forward

4) Regional Conference on May 30.
	- Hawthorne Inn for approx 100 people, 7:30am-5pm
	- Early morning vendor setup starting at 7:30
	- Registration/continental breakfast starting at 8am
	- Lunch noon-1pm
	- CT, New England and NorthEast chapters invited, ISSA, other orgs
	- Geoff Fox keynote speaker at 1:00pm
	- Daria Novak - Cultural differences in personal approaches to technology
	- Dan Dickerman, IRS - VMWare
	- Possible other speakers
		- University of New Haven speaker
		- Central Ct State University speaker
		- Jim Fitzgerald, FBI - Threat Assessment and Forensic Linguistics
		- Check with Joe Sudol - presentation on missing/exploited children
	- Panel discussion option possible
		- Wi-fi
			- Corporate
			- law enforcement
			- technology forensics
	- Vendors to be charged non-member price
	- Member price - $75, non-member price $130
	- Formal invitation will be created

	- Speaker Gifts - clocks
	- Plaque for keynote speaker(s) - Jim and Ken Morrison to work out details of wording
	- Second keynote speaker possible - Nemanshu Nigam, CSO Fox Interactive Media
	- Rich working on booths/vendors
	- Looking for volunteers to work registration table, etc.
	- By 2/28 meeting "chachki" attendee giveaway recommendations, to be decided on at lunch on 2/28
		- pens, pads, coffee mugs, etc.

5) Membership
	- Brian Kelly - 2007 action plan created
	- Michael Dowd also volunteered
	- New membership from Chief of Police meeting expected
	

6) Webmaster - Mike Stamouli
	- New site look.
	- Additional content changes forthcoming

	- Scholarship for someone to attend International conference - Tabled temporarily
	- Raising membership awareness through trade shows - Brian Kelly
