CT HTCIA Board Meeting minutes - 4/5/07

Attendees: Jim Butler, Rich Bunnell, Joe Centofanti, Ron Roberts

Agenda:

1) Prior meeting minutes reviewed.  Motion made to accept, seconded and accepted

2) Treasurer's Report reviewed.  Motion made to accept, seconded and accepted

3) Chapter Business
	- Upcoming 5/30 conference update
		- Post flyer for conference to Web site
		- Ken Morrison to look into certificates for CPE/POST credit, conference signage, nametag labels
		- Ron Roberts to look into pricing for renting laptops for technical presentations
		- Jim Butler to look into coffee vendor
		- Jim Butler to send letter to vendors to
			- Confirm attendance
			- Express thanks for attending
			- Identify food choice
		- Need to identify registration deadline
		- Jim to see if Anthony Reyes can do a presentation during dessert
		- Need resources for early morning registration, meet and greet, etc. 

4) Web Updates
	- Flyer for May 30 conference
	- Web Vulnerabilities Powerpoint presentation from 2/28 meeting (Ron Roberts to send to Mike Stamouli)

5) Old business
	- Scholarship for someone to attend International conference - Tabled temporarily
	- Raising membership awareness through trade shows - Brian Kelly
